We are seeking a Support Representative to help us handle tickets via Freshdesk and communicate with users via email.
On a typical day as a Support Representative, you will:
- Resolve tickets from end-users
- Contribute to special projects/MVPs
- Decide responses to user issues based on specifications and templates
- Maximize the First Contact Resolution rate by understanding each problem and resolving it using our tools and processes
- Communicate with end-users in a friendly and effective way to deliver a high-quality and positive experience
- Gain an in-depth understanding of how the F6S site works to provide awesome support to end-users
- Work schedule 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM or 2.30 PM - 10.30 PM IST (with 1 hour break).
Desired profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Product/Customer Support in a product-based company
- Experience working with Freshdesk/Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
- Experience working with CRMs
- Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
- Experience using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
- Recent experience in a high-volume, low-value user interaction environment
- Experience in website troubleshooting/resolving issues
- Basic understanding of web applications
- The ability to handle a large volume of tickets daily
- Excellent verbal and written English
